People from North Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas flock to this amazing part of SE Oklahoma because of its natural beauty that provides a wonderfully relaxing and adventurous destination. Most people know the area as Broken Bow, but the area has recently become incorporated as the original town name of Hochatown. Hochatown is small town fun but full of activities for the whole family to enjoy. It is the perfect destination for Glamping in one of our luxurious cabins while you enjoy nature! You can go hiking in the Kiamichi Forest, our cabin is actually bordered on all sides by the National State Park, boating on Broken Bow Lake, exploring the many wineries or breweries or visiting some of the cool attractions. We'll send you a list of things to do in our welcome letter.

Maximum Occupancy: 20, we have to be firm on this occupancy due to our septic capacity. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

Grounds security is provided via outdoor security cameras that record and do NOT permit the following at any time:

No Fireworks Permitted
No Parties
No tampering with security cameras

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for 200 mg Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet/TV service. Hochatown is also a growing town that has not caught up to big city infrastructure. We do have occasional power outages that are out of our control, no refund is offered for temporary power outages or internet outages.

It does also occasionally snow in Hochatown, we encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance if you are concerned about your travel plans.

A starter of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, and basic seasonings will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills and connected directly to main cabin propane. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent fires.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. Although we try our best to have no hot tub issues, there may be times when it will require repairs.

Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)

You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload your license.

A damage insurance fee or a $500 security deposit may be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit. Hochatown.com should have current information. We cannot give refunds due to burn bans as they are beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
